STEP 2. Obtaining a building / work permit in the municipality of your city
To obtain a permit, you need to find a specialist - a local technician who has accreditation in the commune (municipality of your city).
The technician, on the basis of the design project, prepares the project, submits the documents to the municipality and obtains a permit for construction work.
The pace of obtaining a building permit is very dependent on the technician. If you have a good design project, then the work of the technician will be minimal and the technician will quickly prepare all the documents and submit them for approval.
The procedure for preparing a package of documents and approval in the commune takes from 1 to 3 months.
STEP 3. Find a construction team that will make repairs
This is a very important stage, and the most difficult.
